Challenge
The real estate industry is in an important transitional stage due to changing legislation and regulation. Howard Kennedy needed to bring awareness of their high quality expertise through a campaign that felt refreshing but embodies their recognisable brand.
Insight
This transitional period leaves developers and investors asking - 'What's next?'. This feeling of suspense needs to have an answer. The visuals should feel like a moment of change, a moment to chose the right law firm for their next real estate project.
Answer
The solution to this was simple - an ellipsis '…', it creates a recognisable look and tone of voice for the campaign. These three dots take the lead visually working well with the existing circular form brand. The title plays with the rule of three to create a gravitating campaign.
For this project, campaign guidelines were created showing how the campaign can be used across an omni-channel approach.
The key place to bring the campaign to life was the website. This would be the first time viewers meet the campaign so an impactful video start to the page would set the tone for the campaign. The rest of the page was structured to reveal more and more expertise as the reader dove further into the campaign.
